JEM’S DREAM HOME

Directed by: Louise-Marie Le Doussal | 30 min | Canada | 2022

Thanks Jem is living their last days in their Vancouver home; it has been sold, and they have been asked to leave. The pandemic had already made it difficult for the drag queen performer to stay afloat. The only way they know to cope is to channel it into their art, prompting one final shindig.

QUINN

Directed by: Eva Colmers | 30 min | 2022 | Canada

Quinn will be immediately followed by a panel discussion with filmmaker Eva Colmers, documentary subject Quinn, and other special guests! Presented by the Edmonton Screen Industries Office!

Quinn is a personal and artistic documentary that offers a unique four-year window into the life of a gender non-conforming individual. "Nothing stays the same," says Quinn, as they strive to find a place in a society that is fixed on labels.

ADMISSION FOR THIS EVENT IS FREE, AND OPEN TO ALL AGES!
